1. No Refunds on Completed Services

All payments made for consultations, reports, or any astrological services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the consultation has taken place. This includes:

  • Personalized astrological reports (e.g., birth charts, predictions, compatibility analysis)
  • Live or scheduled consultations (telephonic, video, or chat-based)
  • Email-based responses to astrological queries

Due to the customized nature of these services, we cannot offer refunds after service delivery.

2. Refunds on Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction or payment being deducted but service not being provided:

  • We will verify the issue and initiate a full refund within 7–10 business days, if applicable.

3. Service Not Received

If we fail to deliver the service within an additional 3 working days after your complaint, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

4. Duplicate Payments

  • Users may cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made after this window are not eligible for a refund.
